1. Scope
These Terms are an agreement between you and ZhaoYu Yang concerning the download, installation, and use of the Live Collage app and related services. By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Services
Live Collage lets you create new Live Photos from photos, videos, and Live Photos locally on your device. Features include combining multiple media items, adjusting composition, selecting clips and key photos, converting video to Live Photo, and saving to Photos.
Some network services support anonymous identity, security verification, free allowances, and App Store subscription entitlements. The app does not provide a traditional account login. “My ID” is used only for support lookup and is not a login credential.
3. Acceptable Use
- You must have legal rights or necessary authorization for the media you select, edit, and export;
- You must not use the app to create or distribute unlawful content or infringe another person’s copyrights, likeness rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights;
- You must not bypass free allowances, membership verification, App Attest, DeviceCheck, rate limits, or other security mechanisms;
- You must not misuse APIs to attack services, interfere with other users, or engage in automated abuse.
4. Permissions and Device Requirements
System photo permissions are required to read authorized media and save work. Export results may be affected by source-media quality, encoding format, device performance, available storage, system version, and iCloud download status. The app may be unable to process damaged, unsupported, or incompletely downloaded resources.
5. Free Allowances and Membership
The number and reset rules of free allowances are governed by what the app currently displays and the server configuration. Memberships are provided and managed by the Apple App Store. See the Membership Terms for details. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
6. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights in the Live Collage software, interface, brand assets, and related content belong to the operator or their lawful owners. These Terms do not transfer those rights. Your rights in original media and exported work that you lawfully own are not transferred to us through use of the app.
7. Service Changes and Interruptions
We may modify or suspend parts of the services due to feature upgrades, security maintenance, system compatibility, legal requirements, or force majeure, and will try to minimize the impact. Device failures, Apple services, network interruptions, or other third-party causes may also result in temporary unavailability.
8. Responsibility
Back up important media before editing and verify the integrity of exported work. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by insufficient device storage, damaged media, failures of the system or third-party services, user error, or violation of these Terms. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when services or legal requirements change and will publish the updated date. If you disagree with an update, you may stop using the services. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
