1. Membership Service
Live Collage membership currently provides unlimited exports. Monthly, quarterly, and annual memberships belong to the same auto-renewable subscription group. Available products, periods, localized names, and prices are governed by what appears on the App Store purchase screen.
Membership does not include templates, cloud storage, or other services that are not explicitly shown as available in the app.
2. Purchase and Activation
All subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and StoreKit. After Apple confirms payment, the app verifies the transaction and synchronizes membership status. Network or Apple service delays may briefly delay status updates; entitlements update automatically after verification completes.
3. Automatic Renewal
Membership is an auto-renewable subscription. Unless you cancel under Apple’s rules before the current subscription period ends, Apple will charge your App Store account for the next period. The timing of charges, renewal price, and notification method are governed by Apple’s rules and the purchase screen.
4. View and Cancel
Tap Manage Subscription in the app’s Membership screen, or go to Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, to view, change, or cancel a subscription. After cancellation, you may continue using membership benefits until the end of the paid period confirmed by Apple.
Uninstalling the app, clearing local data, or stopping use does not automatically cancel a subscription.
5. Restore Purchases
“Restore Previous Purchases” uses StoreKit to re-verify any entitlement that remains active under the current App Store account and does not create a duplicate charge. Expired, revoked, or refunded transactions cannot be restored as active memberships.
6. Plan Changes
Apple handles upgrades and downgrades within a subscription group and determines when they take effect under App Store rules. Before confirming a change, review the price, period, and effective date shown on the system purchase screen.
7. Refunds and Revocations
Apple handles purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under App Store rules. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to review an order or request a refund. After a refund or transaction revocation, membership entitlements end according to the status verified with Apple.
8. Anonymous Identity and Subscription Association
Live Collage does not provide a traditional account login. The app maintains entitlements using Apple-verified transactions and a server-side anonymous identity. “My ID” is used only for support lookup and cannot be used to purchase, sign in, restore a subscription, or impersonate another user.
9. Service Changes
We may adjust future membership content without harming rights that existing purchasers have under applicable law. If Apple services, networks, security maintenance, or force majeure cause a temporary interruption, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the service and act in accordance with applicable law.
